Fuji s700 and Kodak z712 dilemma

I am looking to upgrade from my old point and shoot digital camera. I think I have narrowed my choices down to these two cameras, but am having a hard time deciding between the two. I would like something that takes a good picture in indoors and low light as well as outdoors in bright sunlight.

I'd appreciate any comments that would help with a decision.

I love my Fuji cameras. Go with the Fuji S700.
