I lasted all of one week on Atkins, and I felt downright blah and icky.
I lost a tentative five pounds (temperamental scale), but it just wasn't worth how I was feeling.
I decided to switch to eating healthier and watching portions. I was very proud of myself when I went to the market yesterday. No junk food, lots of fruit, veggies, etc.
DH is sticking with Atkins. I didn't want us on two different plans, but that's how it's going to be.
I'm not giving up, I'm just taking a different approach.

You got a great attitude...you go with what works for you, because everyone is different. What is important is working towards a new healthy YOU!!!! Hugs sweetie
