I sent an email to Customer Service through fuelrod.com telling them when I purchased there was no mention of ever charging for exchanges. They told me to call phone number at the kiosk with my name, date purchased and last four digits of the credit card used to purchase and they will refund purchase price.
I found my charges --try search at your credit card website for Fuel Rod, I had to look through several credit cards-- one was purchased in October, 2018 and second December, 2018. I called the number listed on credit card charge since I don't know next time I'll be at Diz. Lovely gal who answered the phone took my info and is sending me return label. Once received they will refund my credit card full purchase price!
