By Disney bus approx 15 minutes from the time you get on the bus. Busses are scheduled roughly every 20 minutes.

Note: You get this Bus (to Disney/Mgm) at the Settlement Depot near Pioneer Hall, which is different than the other Buses which pick up at the Outpost at the Entrance of Fort Wilderness. Also to reach the Magic Kingdom you have to take the boat launch near Pioneer Hall as well, or take the Orange route bus to TTC and then use the Monorail. So many guests end up on the wrong end of the Campground when they try to get to the Parks.
