We have a group of 16 going in November and are eating dinner at Trail's End one night. For those of you who have been there, can we plan on letting the smaller kids do the pony rides at Ft. Wilderness, while a couple of the older kids go horseback riding with their dads?

Our dinner is at 5:30 so when should we try and be over there so as to not miss either the pony rides or the horses? Does one close (or is not available) after a certain time in the day? We have 6 kids for pony rides and 2 kids for horseback riding (with 2 adults).

Thanks.

Hi!

The latest you can go horseback riding is 2:30, and you must have reservations. Here's information: Horseback Riding.

The pony rides are daily from 10-5.
