If I paid 12/30/16 for daycare services for January 2017, does that count for 2017? (Please say yes, lol).
Thanks!

Pretty sure it is based on when the service was provided, not when the payment was made. I had that issue with my FSA - we were on a fiscal year (7/1-6/30) and I paid for summer camp in May that she went to in July. At first they rejected my claim (when I claimed it in the year following payment), but then when I went back and told them the service was received in July they accepted the claim.

With my Federal FSA, it is based on when services are rendered. So I couldn't submit my reimbursement for summer camp until after it had been completed.
