frustrating

we have recently bought a condo we are due to go out there on wed 9.2.05 we are using a management agency mentioned to dh to ring to remind them we are due it transpires that they have let the house for the month of feb due o a computer error! on the one hand pleased to have a long let on the other hand looking forward to staying in own house why is life never simple.

management agency due to ring on monday to try and resolve problem, do we demand to stay in own house or do we accept another house on the developement?

I would leave the booking as you may get repeat bussiness or further recommendations from the people staying there, a small price to pay possibly.

Oh no I would go with another house. If the people are staying a month and like it - I bet they will be back.

I'm sure you will be happy with whatever you do - and just think, if you don't get to stay in your condo this time there will be lots of other trips when you do

Just being a bit synical but would they have mentioned the months hire if you had not wanted to stay yourselves???
