I just tried to book my ADR's this morning. The first time I waited an hour and did not get through. The second time I got through after 20 minutes and she booked three reservations, then she said her system went down and she was going to transfer me .After about 10 minutes she told me all systems went down and that I would have to call back! She said I lost all the ones I booked. I asked if there was a manager available she said no they are all trying to get the systems back up. She said thats what happens when you work with computers! (I understand I work with one as well) Is anyone else having trouble booking?
