frustrated with the website

I went online the other night (Saturday) to look at some information on my account, and the site was down.

Today I started about 2 hours ago trying to get onto the site, and it wasn't working. Now it's loading, but I can't login---it just clears my username/password and asks me to login again.

I needed to get on today to check some availability for my sister, I am booking her a trip. I am leaving tonight for a few days, this was my window. I CANNOT call MS, my phone is in my wife's car so I am awaiting her return.

Anybody else have trouble today?
 
I haven't had trouble today (in fact, I just made a payment on their site), but I was having horrible trouble over the weekend.

I really wish that it'd not be a hit-or-miss thing with their site!

Try clearing the cookies in your browser and then reload the Web page.
 

Do you have any other Disney web sites open in other tabs or browser windows?

"Please continue the Disney Vacation Club Member site validation process by clicking the Return to dvcmember.com button below."

I tried clearing my cookies as suggested on this site and it still doesn't work. Not sure if it has something to do with the type of computer...having trouble on my Mac but can access the website on my PC.

I've gotten into that loop when I've recently been to the WDW site (to make dining reservations).

What happens when you click on "return to dvcmember.com"?

After clearing cookies, did you quit your browser and then restart your computer?
 
cleared cookies, tried multiple computers (laptop, iphone, mac, ipad!), nothing. This morning I'm unable to get in, it says "too many redirects, Safari can't open page".

So annoying.
 
Just logged on from my work computer, no issues...was able to go into the booking section and vacation centre with no problems.
 
Try a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc). It sounds like it may be an issue with the Safari browser and some encoding on their website, maybe they made some changes to the site recently and haven't tested them properly.
 
I've had issues if I've used the member web site on my droid phone's browser, then try to go back to my PC and log in. That's when I was getting the messages to continue the registration process. I logged back in with the droid, logged out, and killed the browser. Then tried again on the PC and was able to get in.

I have to start the login process again and it brings me back to that message. A never ending loop to nowhere!

I've noticed issues with the dining reservations as well! If I am just browsing for available reservations, I don't have any problems but as soon I login to try to make the reservation, it won't let me go beyond the search page. :confused3 Don't know....

Cleared the cookies....check...quit browser...check...restart computer...check... Still the same. Guess I'll have to use my old and very slow PC. :sad2:
