Frustrated with booking magical express

I made my dining reservations etc. yesterday as it was 90 days. Also while on the phone I added my ME flight info. I received the email and the CM changed my arrival day flight to Oct.25 (arriving oct.26) So I phoned back yesterday afternoon to have it corrected. Fine CM changes it, will send me a new email confirming this. Today no email, date is still wrong on ME. So I again call back today. Speak to another CM. Re confirm twice the right date is there before I get off the phone. CM also says will send email. So now still no new email and date is STILL wrong on ME online info I'm assuming this needs to be changed before they send me ME info etc. So now I have to call back yet again? My long distance are going to be high Do I ask to speak to another CM? Someone different? The last time I phoned I dialed wdw-magic, that was ME number I found listed.
Any advice?

Your DME packed won't be mailed until about 6 weeks before your trip, and probably even a little later than that.

My advice is wait until you're 60 days out (6 weeks is at 42 days out). At 59 or 60 days out, call DME directly at 866-599-0951. A DME CM will be able to help you.

But DME doesn;t have access to resort information until 60 days out. And a DME reservation can't be made without confirmation of your resort reservation.

What I'm saying is that waiting that long won't hurt anything (I know you'll be very eager, but it won't hurt anything and won't delay anything), and at that point you'll be able to speak with a DME expert who can surely help you.
