Frustrated- Why can't Disney break down my reservation?

Hi- I got a 20% off pin so I just booked 5 nights in Dec at the GF with dining and tickets... I just got the email confirmation but it doesn't list the break down like how much did I pay for room, dining, tickets, etc.. I just called Disney back and spoke to a CM and she said she can't give me that information. The computer spits out the package deal and that's that. She could only tell me the cost of park tickets and trip insurance. Does this make sense??

You can pretty much break it down for yourself using the WDW website.
You can get a quote for room only, then subtract 20%.
Then add the price of tickets and cost of dining per person. That should equal (or be close to because of the taxes) to what your package costs.

Thats the way its always been done. The computer doesnt break it down for them, how can they break it down for you? You know the cost of tickets, you know the cost of dining, you know the cost of insurance, you know the cost of the room, take 20% off the room price and there you go

I had the same problem- CM told me she is not allowed to break down packages for me. I had calculated a price of about $400 less from breaking it down myself on the internet. She would tell me that I forgot to add in 12.5% room tax, and this is calculated before my 40% off. That made the $400 difference.
Good luck trying to figure out what the best deal is for you.
