UGh need to have a little vent/rant!!!! I know these refurb schedules are not set in stone - but it seems that everything that was set to refurb in late Jan has been moved up to the 11th-ish. They have just added Mickey's House, Disneyland Railroad and Splash Mountain to the refurbs! That is on top of Small World and haunted mansion....... grrrrrrrrr. I planned the trip around some of the closures - and it just seems they are adding to the list at the last minute! They probably do this all the time.
I knew that HM and SW were going down for holiday removal, and of course space mtn, tiki (could care less).
So the list is as follows.... seems to be a LOT of closures....just my luck...I wonder what else they will decide to close!

You never know what will be closed the day you go until you get there. When I went Casey's circus train was supposed to be closed for renovation the whole time. Well, it was running the second day we were there and kept running all the time we stayed. So, you just never know. Sending pixie dust your way. :teleport:

It really is a bummer when they do this but try to not let it ruin your trip. There is still so much to see and do. Go and have fun.

On the bright side, hardly anything is down at DCA. Also, between the time of year in general and all the refurbs there should be REALLY low crowds which is worth something in my book! Still I know it is frustrating, my kids are still sad Matterhorn was down for our September visit.
