frustrated by the maze event!

Red maze seems to be the easiest to get through. Here's a pic of the pin.

So many complaints! Do any of you remember last year's maze event? Do you really? I don't think many of us were able to even get in the room last year! Please. Cut the hosts a little slack! This maze is nowhere near as bad as last year!
Yes, there are some problems. Is it the maze creator's fault? No. I don't believe so. Except for one of the mazes, which had the teleporters wrong. It's been fixed. The lines are long, but if everyone would read the info and click the CORRECT teleporter, the lines should be moving quickly. The hosts have had to remove part of the maze to make the start room easier to navigate, which caused a traffic jam in the next room. This is where I was booted. LOL I'm not angry or upset. I'll try again later. If you don't get through today, remember you still have tomorrow.
The prize is the '06 Halloween pin. There is nothing you need to buy, no games to play. All that's required is to complete a simple walk-through. Would you have preferred to have a quest full of minigames?
Keep a good attitude. Try to help the others that are having problems getting through. This should be fun! Make it fun.

hey!!!!! i'm back........... so i never even got through a maze, and i feel too sick to log back on and try again........... today i found comfort in reading and finishing peter and the starcatchers (a fabulous book) and now i'm sadly going to lie on my couch and watch the walt disney world dvd that they send you when you plan a vacation with them.......... anyways, last time i tried to get through the maze, i was stuck in 7th for about 5 minutes, then the screen went black and i thought i was actually going to get into the room, but then the stupid map popped up!!!! how do you explain that????? oh well.......... my how this thread has grown.................... anyways, i'm gonna lie on my couch and just try to chill..........

People, seriously. Do the red maze. I didn't see any staff, (going by others experiences if you do see them, don't say much more than hi), and it's insanely easy to go through. Do the red one!

Reminds me of that Soup Nazi episode on Seinfield. Just keep going, don't ask questions, don't speak or.....No Soup for you Today!! Or in this case....A boot for you today!

I went through the Red maze around 4:30 (EST) and I was done in under 2 minutes. I did use the hint to click on the halloween bags to help move around the rooms.

Ok first try through. Started at 68 not bad. Did not take long to get in I am saying does not look to crowded this looks good then through the teleporter and I just have to laugh as I say ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I've tried a couple different mazes on the same character, and nope, still only have the one pin from the first time I did a maze.

My second main account desided to try out the maze again now, she never made the second room in orange, the line is far to long so I waitied 30 minutes in the orange line to get booted to the map.

I just wanted to give a BIG thanks to the staff for the maze event. Thank you for making an pin available where we don't have to do minigames! I just went through Purple and it was extremely easy and quick. There was a wait, but I liked the larger queues. Most of the of people in the rooms were nice except one little snarky girl who kept telling people to move. Everyone just ignored her because, well, everyone was moving. I mean really. What is your hurry? DD is now in line for the red room thanks to the nice hint here.

Well, that was pretty painless. Sure, it was a long queue from room to
room, but I was on the Everest ride.....er....black maze. That was probably
the easiest maze I've ever done.

I shouldn't have been too worried.

And yes, it's a HUGE improvement over last year's maze chaos.

Second, as much as I love the color, my advice would be to stay away from purple!

I did the red and purple and purple was super easy for me. I tried red because others said it was easy and it seemed harder to me. Haven't tried black. Maybe I'll head there next. I do know I'm staying AWAY from orange.

Just got on vmk 30 minutes ago. I got through 2 mazes fairly quickly. This was not so bad Currently in line for green and DS in line for red.

Must say this is much more improved from last year. Once into room things are going well. On the green ride in the second room there is a place to get off if the person in from is stuck and it is a river ride that leads to the next room. So easy going guess whatever problems they had they fixed. Also in the first room there is room for more than one person to pass. Longer queue for green but I like it

Does anyone have any recommendations or spoilers for the Orange maze? I'm waiting in line for it now. Is it hard, or easy?

Unless it was changed from when I last saw it, it isn't really hard. The only difficult part is if people are blocking the teleporters. Then you risk getting stuck in a teleporter. I didn't see it as hard at all. But it might have been changed since I last saw the rooms.

I just finished the Green maze; it took about 15 minutes with my archaeic computer which freezes for precisely 32 seconds before entering each room. It was very easy, IMO. You just have to feel laid back, because if I had decided to feel frustrated I could very easily have had a terrible experience. But it was cool and fun; in and out very easily and the lines were not all that bad. 44 to get into the first room, 7 to get into the second, and no wait for the last.
