Frustrated, 49 cents savings!

I waited and waited so patiently for AP rates... I had a pin but the AP rates have to be better, right? But no AP for WL or Poly... (5% doesnt count IMO)
SO go to CSR ... AP 9 nights $1498.51. Pin same exact room/dates $1499.... so AP saves me 49 cents???

(BIG SIGH)... BUT it is still a discount... and going to disney

Personal pin discounts are usually the better deal. The discounts get progressively worse as they are offered to more people.

Pins are the smallest group of people.

This seems to be a pattern over the last year or so - the AP discounts come out last and are not really any better than the other discounts out there. It used to be that I'd check the Fla Res discounts and then the AP would end up being about 5% more than the Res and so I would book the AP. The last year or so they have been virtually identical, and they have both been nearly identical to the GP offers. I typically end up booking the GP or BB offer that I can book first, and if the AP or Fla Res offers significant savings I'll change it. But I certainly wouldn't go through the hassle of changing it to save 49 cents!

I must be surrounded by PIN repellant, because I've never received a PIN no matter what I do.
