LOL I had a fruit salad for lunch and now I cant stop singing that song!!! LOL
It was so good though! LOL


I have to jumpstart my weight loss. I went to weigh in this Am and I had gained .6 pounds not a HUGE gain and I found out that 1 pint of water equals 1 POUND of water???? did you know that? I had just had 2 cups before weigh in ( what I thinking?> I was really thirsty) anywa, I want to lose more weight so Im trying to cut down on my points more.

so the Fruit salad was the perfect lunch!

I have been so hungry for fruit salad for days, but the fruit here is not very good. Oh well, i'll have to keep dreaming. It's funny you mention the weight of water. When I was younger I was going to join the Air Force, my first physical I flunked because I didn't weigh enough (those were the good ole days), the second time I went for a physical I drank about a gallon of water before getting on the scale (and of course the recruiter was late, I had a full bladder), I just made it, and the water made the differance.
