Frozen summer fun questions

I am trying to plan my fast passes for HS. We are doing the Frozen summer fun package. Here are my questions:

1. Where does the Royal Welcome take place? Is it on the main street? It is at 10:30. If we FP ToT from 11-12 but have lunch reservations at 12:10 at 50s Prime Time, is that schedule feasible?

2. It looks like the Frozen sing along is done about every hour, correct? We need to pick a show when we "check in" at 9:30 that morning. It looks like the singalong will be in the place where American Idol used to be?

3. The dessert party and fireworks are at 8:15. Is it possible to see Fantasmic also? When does Fantasmic usually start (we've never seen it)?
