FROZEN STATEROOM EXPERIENCE

This is strange....I just went to order the Frozen package and all that came up for me for Port Canaveral is a Frozen cooler bag and a package of 5 Frozen cookies.

It is not available at Port Canaveral. I also asked Shoreside Concierge if they would get it for me and they said they couldn't

When I look on the DCL webpage under Port Canaveral sailings I see the Frozen Experience package. I booked it yesterday for a sailing out of PC this month.

I just booked it. I'm sailing out of Port Canaveral on the Dream in November. It was on the website last week but wasn't there when I looked today. I called DCL and she wasn't able to tell me why it wasn't available to order online but she was able to order it for me, yay! Call them

I just received this message back from Shoreside Concierge.

"We apologize for any confusion. Over the summer, the Frozen packages were only available on the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder. They are now available on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy so we can reserve this for you on your sailing."

I sail in January on the Dream.

I ordered mine for a cruise leaving from PC by calling in today. She said they are definitely available and didn't know why it wasn't on the website. Apparently, that isn't the only thing missing from some of the cruises. Maybe it got messed up with the site update.

A lot of things got "messed up" with the switch to the new site.

We have two stateroom, we plan on doing a frozen experience in one for the granddaughter for our upcoming Springbreak cruise on the Dream. This looks like a really cool package and we will be following this thread for more pics as we get closer!

is there anything on the back of the pillow? I was thinking of using it for autographs. do you think that would work with a fabric marker?

Back is blank but the material is a bit silky so not sure how well autographs would work. What about autographing around the magnet? Its huge!!!!!! A4 size and a black sharpie would work I think.

Oh and the blanket is amazingly soft and warm!

So excited! Ordered this for our cruise next week before seeing these pics and now I'm so glad I did! my dd and ds are going to be so surprised! Thanks for posting the pics the one on the dcl website does not do the package justice!
