Walmart has frozen sewing patterns in Elsa and Anna dresses for children and dolls... just an FYI for those looking for make the dress....

Fabric.com is also featuring McCall's M7000 (Elsa and Anna dresses in misses and kids sizes) and coordinating fabric. I can't speak to the quality of either the pattern or the recommended fabrics since I haven't tried them out, but I've purchased a lot of fabric and notions through this website and it's always been reasonably priced and as described.
