Frozen/princess gathering

Do I have to complete the online check in before trying to add the princess/frozen meet and greets? We are taking the Disney cruise transportation from Pop Century, so I'm not worried about getting on quick to get a good PAT. However, I'd love to try to get the princess ticket, and check for a possible Palo reservation.

No, you can do either the online check in OR activities bookings first.
