Frozen Makeover at Hollywood Studios

While listening to the Dis podcast, I heard about the Frozen makeover (I can't remember the exact name) that is offered at Hollywood Studios. This seems like a nice alternative to BBB (I'm not a huge fan of that hair style). Is this already available? Has anyone done this? Reviews? TIA!

The frozen boutique and yes it's open during the frozen summer fun event. So about another month it'll be open for

Ice Palace at HS is similar as BBB at MK, but with a Frozen theme (obviously) and also includes access to the Ice Palace Café and reserved seating at one of the “For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration” shows. Here is a link:
