Is there a handicapped viewing area for the Frozen Holiday Wish show? If so where is it, and is the view actually decent? Guest is in a wheelchair and is visually impaired so if the area is very far back, guest would have difficulty seeing.

No. The only designated viewing areas in MK are for the parades.

Just agreeing with minnie mum - there is not designated spot for either the castle show or the fireworks.
There are handicapped viewing areas for parades; they are marked on the park maps.

I would be prepared to get there early (I've seen people wait over 2 hours for the show)
