Frozen Food delivery to resort

Hello everyone. I hope this is in the right thread. I work for a frozen food delivery company. I have been saving all my rewards so that I buy food for our trip later this year. I found that they can do a delivery to my resort. My question is can I have the frozen food delivered the day before I arrive? They will not deliver on Thanksgiving day and will be off on Friday to Monday as well for the holiday.

It would be dropped off at bell services in freezer bags.

I don't know who to contact for this question.
