Frozen fireworks and Fantasmic?

I don't know if there's been an official announcement on whether the Frozen fireworks will continue throughout September but based on last year I'm assuming they will. In planning our September trip, I'm wondering how the timing works with the Frozen fireworks and Fantasmic. There's only one Fantasmic showing/night during the time that we're there at 8pm. Does anyone know when the Frozen fireworks would be?

Thanks! Sorry if this has been asked - I did a search and couldn't find what I was looking for :).

Fireworks were at 9:45 when DHS closed at 10:00 and Fantasmic was held at 9:00 and 10:30. There is nothing that says FSF will extend beyond September 7th.

So, is it possible to do Frozen fireworks and get a decent seat for Fantasmic? We only have 1 day planned at HS for our trip in July and we would like to see both. Anyone who went last year have any tips for timing both? We are traveling with a 2.8 year old who may not last until a 10:00 Fantasmic.

It will depend on how they unload the Fantasmic amphitheater because the fireworks begin 15 minutes after the first Fantasmic ends.

If the exit leads to the front of the park at the stroller area, you can have a good view of the fireworks but not the stage show or the jumbo screens. If you can make your way through the stores on the left side of the street to cut over to the Hollywood and Vine and 50's Prime Time restaurant, you can have a great view from there.

You can also get a good view from right outside of the park although there won't be any music piped out there. If you don't tell the 2.8 year old there is a stage portion, you won't have to worry about your viewing location.

That is so very helpful! Where was the stage located last year. Perhaps we can choose our Fantasmic seats strategically to exit quickly?

~ the stage will be in front of the Chinese Theater where the Hat used to be located.

~ enter Fantasmic at least an hour before show time as Standby/walk-in and not as a FP holder. You'll be seated on the right side of the amphitheater closest to the far right exit.

Your best bet is exit Fant as quickly as possible and try to get to the Echo Lake/Min and Bill's area to view the large jumbo screen. The areas closest to the stage will be packed by the time you exit Fant.

This.

Granted it was last day for the Sept weekend Frozen fireworks but everything by the stage all the way to exits was sardined full of people. My DS is petrified of fireworks so we were of the minority trying to work our way out through these people. No way we could have done both and had a great spot. Like I said, my circumstances were different being it was the last day for these.
