DH and I really enjoyed these on our recent trip. Anyone know how to make them?

TIA

I don't have the recipe but that sounds delicious. Where did you have them?

I know we had them twice, but the spot that comes to mind is the Main Street Bakery. Great on a hot day!

Would love to know too!

I've done a coffee shake - I've never had the drink on Main Street so I don't know if this is like it or not.

3/4 C milk
3 T sugar [or equivalent in sugar substitute]
1 t vanilla
1 - 3 T instant coffee or cappuccino mix [I use 2+ of cappuccino mix]
4 ice cubes

Blend until smooth. Real easy but tastes great!

The recipe sounds like it would make a very similar drink. You might try adding some liquid coffee creamer in place of some or all of the milk. When I was at WDW in May I got a cappuccino smoothie at the Fountainview. It wasn't frozen yet and the liquid was very rich and tasted like evaporated milk or creamer with sugar and coffee. It was tasty but way filling.

I found this recipe, using evaporated milk. To boost flavor you might want to try espresso powder instead of the regular coffee and/or coffee ice cream instead of vanilla.

2 teaspoons NESTLÉ ® TOLL HOUSE ® Baking Cocoa

We love to make coffee smoothies at home or rather our youth from church love to come over and have us make them for them. LOL!!! We make variations of the recipe that Margie posted. You can add whatever type flavoring that you want. If you don't have espresso you can always run your coffee through your coffee maker twice or just make it extra strong. One hint is to freeze your coffee in ice cube trays. It makes it a lot colder and a great drink. Also that way you always have coffee ready for you drink.

We love to go to Dunkin Donuts and get their Capuccino Blast. Nescafe recently came out with a coffee syrup called Iced Java. You only add milk and ice to it and blend it. You can add ice cream to make it richer. It has a great flavor. You can make it as strong as you like it by adding as much syrup as you like.
