Someone told me that they have inserted a frozen segment into the wishes fireworks where the castle appears as Elsa's frozen castle ... I've searched the threads but can't find any info on this ... But something I read made me think it's not happening anymore. Can someone shed some light?

Not in Wishes fireworks.
It happens as a brief part of "Celebrate the Magic" (castle "projection" show) which starts 15 minutes before Wishes begins.
