"Frosting" for Rice Krispie Treats

I am looking for the recipe for the chocolate/peanut butter or chocolate/butterscotch "frosting/topping" for rice krispie treats. Does anyone have one handy? I want to make some for a bake sale for Saturday.

We love to melt 1 cup choc. chips with 1 cup peanut butter chips and spread on top. Or do the same with choc. chips and butterscotch chips. Very easy and yummy.
