I haven't had a craving for chocolate in a long time. There was none in the house.


Last night I was dying for some chocolate. I found a can of chocolate fudge frosting in the cabinet.



When I woke up this morning there was a spoon on my night table.

I was cleaning out the fridge the other day and found an almost full can of chocolate frosting from when I was making cookies a couple of weeks ago. I held it in my hand over the trash can and then thought...Nah, put it right back in the fridge it still has a couple of more weeks.

Confession: sometimes I just buy a container of frosting with no intention of baking anything. Then, I eat it. All.

Have totally done this when craving chocolate! So yummy when its cold and firm. Also good when you dig it out of the can with pretzel rods!
I have also held the herserys chocolate syrup squeeze bottle over my mouth and gave a big SQUEEZE! YUM

My father loves to bake. Everytime we're in my hometown to visit him, I find a 1/2 full can of frosting in the pantry. No matter how hard I try not to, I just can't but grab a spoon and dig in...YUM!

Frosting almost wrecked my friendship with my best friend in college. It was the end of the year and I was cleaning out the fridge in the dorm. There was a can of chocolate frosting, one large spoonful left. I just couldn't let it go to waste. Fast forward two hours - best friend comes back to the dorm after her physics exam and heads straight for that can of frosting! It was an ugly scene. I didn't know she could yell so loud. It is the one and only argument we have had in our 30+ years of friendship. Her kids think it is hysterical that we got so mad over a tablespoon of frosting!

the dis is such a bad influence!! Now Im thinking hmmmm icing...a full can in my pantry.. cake just ruins icing anyways
