Frontier airlines???

Does anyone have experience flying on Frontier airlines?

They have some good airfares for cities in which I am interested, but we've never flown with them before.

Live in Denver metro area & Frontier is based here.
Very good airline-
All planes are new Airbuses purchased no more than 1 1/2- 2 years ago. For $5.00 you get to watch DirectTv in the seat ahead of you. Every person controls their own tv.
Don't expect large meals onboard (but who offers them these days anyway)
We will be flying from Denver to Ft. Lauderdale April 21st & then back to Denver April 29th out of Orlando.
Don't be scared of Frontier. I like them SOOOO much better than United (or Ted)

i flew frontier
from milwaukee to seattle last year...the planes were awesome, and i will Admitt i spend the 5$ to watch TV on the way home ( long flight)
tickets were pretty cheap ( i think my sister said she paid 200$ something) and very good service. - and also on the screen it shows you the altitude and the a speed on the craft....LOL at one point we were going 609 mph -
we also had the option of a voucher ( which we did not take) our plane was over booked. but we wanted to get home.

Frontier still has some older 737's in their fleet, but keep adding more and more of the new Airbus planes. The 737's don't have direct TV installed. But either way, don't be afraid to fly Frontier, I think you'll be very happy with their service.

I fly Frontier out of Denver all the time - can't stand the attitutde of United employees! - Frontier has employees who are glad to have customers and always have a smile on their faces. Last Sunday, my flight to DCA was delayed because of fog and everyone on the plane got free TV service for the entire flight. We also got a sandwich wrap and chips for our meal. Emjoy the flight!
