front of line passes

hi,
just joined so i hope i have posted in right place .

would like your opinion if its worth staying a night at one of the hotels to get front of line passes .
we are going feb 6th -23rd we would be avoiding saturdays and presidents day anyway.

We purchased an express plus pass for the day, & it is good for both parks. It was I think 30.00 plus the cost of the ticket/

I think its worth it for sure. You get 2 full days of hotel express that way. Some of your dates in February will be busy with winter recess and presidents weekend. Not to mention that you will have a lovely resort to enjoy and ride the rides numerous times in those two days.

The Express Plus Pass prices vary per day according to park attendance. Over the Christmas Holidays, it was $50 per person. Just this last Saturday it was $15 a person.

Everyone has a different opinion on this but all I can do is share our experience. *For us*...it was so worth it. We did everything we wanted to do within 2-3hrs. Without FOTL pass, it would've taken the entire day.

Again, it is just personal preference. But for us, I wouldn't consider going w/o it.

We too, are considering staying at HRH one night for the Fotl passes, even though we already have a room booked at Pop Century that week. Is this a good idea or At such a busy time do they limit how many times for each attraction? Also do you still get 2 days use for 1 nights stay/

Park attendance is way down. Unless you go Presidents week you can do the parks easily without the front of the line passes. Of course I am a cheapskate and if I can do with out I do.

February has light crowds. In the morning the place is a ghost town. In the afternoon the rides will have 20 minute waits. The magic room keys will come in handy at this time. The walk to/from the parks and the pools are part of the experience. The pools are heated, and temps usually go up into the 70s in February, so you can try the pool. Staying onsite makes you "feel" like part of the action, it's the complete experience, just like staying onsite at Disney.

we have two park 3 day tickets ,i think we may try the first day and if its busy for the next two days book into the resort to stay.

if i book the room while there what is the best (ie cheapest ) way to book ?

do you have a plan for "doing " the parks ,its about 3 years since we have been (sorry to say my name is mick and i DO disney normally)
