My dh and I were telling our friends that we were thinking about purchasing a top load washer and he told us he thought a better purchase would be a top loading Maytag Bravos. Like a front loader it does not have an agitator and it is supposed to conserve on water as well.
Do you have any information on this washer?
Thank you for your information and knowledge.

The Maytag Bravos and Whirlpool Cabrio (basically the same machine with some slight differences) are HE machines. It's front loader technology in a top loading design. Still low water useage, high spin speed and large capacity. They are large enough to wash a king size comforter. The only thing I dislike about these are they are belt driven. LG front loaders use direct drive system instead of a belt. Belts tend to stretch out over time and then the machine loses the optimal spin speed.
Hope that helps
