Morning, morning, morning, everyone! Happy Friday! Take a second and get your Friday started with a FRIDAY DANCE!! The weekend is finally here!!!!

WOO!! Hope everyone has an AMAZING FRIDAY!! Any exciting weekend plans out there??
In addition to being FRIDAY!, it's also WEIGH-DAY!! Keep in mind, "weigh in" is just the term we're using - I know several people aren't tracking their goals in terms of weight on a scale, and that's fine! But be sure you're giving your progress reports even still so that I can add your name to the list and we can all celebrate your percentage going THROUGH THE ROOF!!

QOTD for Friday, October 9, 2015

So as we move into the weekend, I think this is something we could all benefit from remembering - I KNOW that I definitely could. We all get caught up with work, school, family, stress, work outs, weigh ins, cooking, cleaning, etc. and more often than not, we forget to take a minute to take care of ourselves. So this weekend, try to take at least 15 minutes for yourself - lock yourself in the bedroom, read a book, take a bubble bath, paint, go on a jog and don't worry about your time or your distance, go for a drive, listen to some music, WHATEVER can help you have a minute to recover from the week behind us and replenish your energies and just focus on you.
What will you do this weekend to take time for you?
