From where in the Parks can we call & make a PS?

We are leaving a couple of days open to play it by ear. So, I don't have a PS anywhere a couple of days. If we are wandering through a park like Epcot or MGM one day & realize we would like to have dinner at Flying Fish, are there special places from where I can call Disney Dining?

I believe you can go to guest services in the park and have them make a PS for you.

From any pay phone in Walt Disney World, dial *88 and you will go directly to Dining to make your PS times. (Can someone confirm this? I thought I had it on my PS FAQ but it's not there.)

At Epcot I was able to make a PS at guest services... I think they've got a board that shows which restaurants have available times for a PS.

If you do it from guest services (park or resort) you can get a print out with the time and place on it.
