Anyone have a clue as to what the dining rotations will be in reference to the themed nights/ formal nights?
Trying to remember back to 05 and the nights. I know we had 2 formal, 2 semiformal, a tropical, and a pirate night... anything else?

That was what we had..we also had a Mickey Mouse Club night..a group of us made shirts and wore them. I remember being in Animators but I don't remember what night it was specifically..I know it was near the end of the cruise.

Oh, I remember the night (and it may have been with the rotation in Animator's Palatte as opposed to a specific day), when the cast memebers all dressed like the original Mousketeers. That was so cool to this (old) Mousketeer! ::MickeyMo

I pulled up the 2008 DCL Panama Cruise. This was the order:
Night 1: Casual
Night 2: Casual
Night 3: Formal
Night 4: Casual
Night 5: Casual
Night 6: Casual
Night 7: Semi-formal
Night 8: Casual
Night 9: Casual
Night 10: Casual
Night 11: Casual
Night 12: Casual or Pirate
Night 13: Formal
Night 14: Casual

We have one more night than they did.

I know that EBPC was a little different..I went to pull my Navigators and all I have is all of the menus.

EastYorkDisneyFan posted this to another thread:
If there are any large groups going on this a good Idea would be to have someone organize a group rate for tours now, I was with a group on the Eastbound one last summer (not from the Dis) and someone from our group contacted the Zip line company in Puerto Vallarta two years before the cruise and secured a time slot before DCL could, a group from the Dis did this too and had the slot after us, all of DCL's excursions for this experience were in the afternoon there website is http://www.canopytours-vallarta.com/

I would LOVE to do this if anyone else is game!!!!

Just a question about the canopy tours. Is this one in Puerto Vallarta better that the one in Costa Rica? Does anyone know?

Candy and I are most likely going to do one of these just not sure which one... I wish DCL would announce the excursion options.

I sure would love to see all of the menus if you happen to have scans. We always want to try new things at meals, but are not always brave enough to do so. We thought it might be a good idea to research some of the foods served on previous cruises to get some ideas of what to test out. Plus it would be nice to know what many are as most times I have to ask the servers and then find out it is just pumpkin (happened last month, wasn't that great).

I can't go agenst you on that one. I love San Diego. Our smog has gotten way better. I live by the beach right near LAX in Westchester. We hardly ever have anything but good air quality. I might even concider a move to San Diego, but I don't think I want to be two hours from Dodger Stadium and Stapels center home of the LAKERS. And Disneyland is a little more than an hour away. Oh that reminds me it is about tome to pick up DW and off to Disneyland.

I love visiting New York. San Diego is beautiful. L.A. is a blast (and has Disneyland).

But San Jose is awful. I swear. Endless traffic. Unbelievable smog. Terrible weather. Overcrowding, Poverty, riots, tornadoes, hurricanes, fires, terrible schools and earthquakes. And those are on the good days. It's terrible. Really. You don't want to move here. Anywhere else is better to live. Worst of all are the people here - never say what they really mean. Seem to think of irony as an art-form. Willing to say just about anything for the sake of a bad joke.

:rolleyes1

DH and I are planning to do Costa Rica. We've heard good things about it.

Sure..I will be happy to scan them this weekend. It will probably be Sunday as I get to spend 8 hours tomorrow in a CPR/First Aid class at the Red Cross to satisfy Girl Scout requirements.

Have a great Saturday everyone!

Cruise critic might be a good place to research this. :thumbsup2

No zip lines for this creeky old lady...but I'd have done them in my more flexable days! :lmao:

I have ziplined in Costa Rica and LOVED it. I am either thinking of this or white water rafting for Costa Rica. I wish DCL would announce so I would know if I need to contact independent vendors.

Ooooh white water rafting.....

I thought white water rafting sounded like fun. When I look at other cruise lines options :rolleyes1 for Costa Rica, some offer it and some don't.

As of 11:30 AM EDT, the website list is current. I'm updating the deck plan map now. Congrats on the SPH room goof :)

I have been reading this board many times everyday. Was playing around the website and "where we are from". I see you are in Phoenix and in rm 7620. I'm in Lake Havasu and right next to you in rm 7618! Did you book thru DU? Do you think they planned that, or is it one of those odd coincidences?

No, I booked mine through a different agency and specifically requested that Cat 7 "secret" verandah. (It's a 6 that they downgraded to a seven due to partial obstruction of the view.)

We'll have to see how many more 'Zonies' sign up and plan a meet sometime next year. :thumbsup2

My cabin-mate (and former sister-in-law) and I are booked on the '10 WBTA and have decided to do this cruise instead, partially due to the cost of a one way flight to Spain. I'm excited about going through the canal again (and not sleeping most of that day away!) and hitting some new ports. I haven't cancelled the WBTA yet....just in case I win the lottery before final payment is due. :lmao:
