Such a shame about the candy. They look great and it was a fab idea. I think I would name and shame the company somewhere as they are not that reputable if they wouldn't redo them for you, particularly after agreeing they shouldn't be like that!

Marilyn, i was thinking the same thing! woldnt it be funny if she went and knocked on the original door and someone was staying in it! Then knowing disney since she found out, she'd probably get a gift for her trouble

On our 2008 PC cruise there were loads of officer's family members onboard. I wonder if they have commandeered a room for some of them?

The Magnets are great , but i'm sorry you've had so much hassle with your FE gift.

As to cold weather gear- layers are the best bet (IMHO) I'll wear a zip hoodie and a nylon windbreaker- flying out of Indiana I can count on a cold take off and return. I like the idea of purchasing a DCL sweatshirt so I may purchase one of those as a back up.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Day/Evening so far...
I have been busy getting my stuff organized to design my shirt and while I was doing that, I decided to put everything in one place since so many of you were asking for it...
A couple of things to note:
1. I did NOT design any of these images! The credit goes to all of those creative people out there who took the time to create such beautiful artwork! My only contribution is to put them in one place
2. I don't guarantee the quality of any of these images. I did my best to find the most clear image, but what I can see on the screen may be different from what you end up with.

Anyway, I hope this helps in your planning and shirt design endeavors.

Oh, one more thing...here are a couple of helpful hints I stole as I was looking for the images.

TO GET THE 50% OFF ON SHIRTS:
I just ordered 4 t-shirts from Vista Prints, have never ordered from them but read here the quality was acceptable. I uploaded this great image (see post 79 by Brooklyn). I found a pretty good price, $29.11 for 4 with image upload and shipping. http://www.couponcabin.com/coupons/vistaprint/ has a number of promotion codes you can review. I used the first one, the 50% off. The image is now on their files, 3TDZ4-DA412-3X1, so if you want to order it from them, you won't be charged the image upload fee (if there is a problem accessing it let me know and I can have you use my account password). val

TO DOWNLOAD IMAGES:
Go to FILE-->SAVE PAGE AS-->Name the page however you want and save to pictures. That will save a file of ALL images on the page you saved. Go to your pictures file and transfer whichever ones you want either directly to Vistaprint (or some other shirt site), or put them on another document if it is easier for you.
If you download directly to a shirt site, go to DOWNLOAD IMAGES on the site, then go to PICTURES, scroll to whichever file name you created (from info in above paragraph), open the file and find the image you wish to use.

I'm not sure if this would have made news o/s (not many countries are too interested in Australian news, we've found in our travels ), but Qantas have grounded their fleet of Airbus A380s due to an engine blow-out over Indonesia Not the best way to start the day, as that's the aircraft we're flying on Of course, Qantas are blaming the good folk who manufacture the Rolls Royce engines, but it would seem a maintenance issue to me. Doesn't matter who's to blame, I guess - I'm just worried about what may go wrong on our flights !

I got this sinking feeling when I heard about this yesterday morning. I work for an airline and I think we still have the biggest fleet of A380s of any airline worldwide and a shed-load more on order. I expected plenty of calls of people panicking, but I only witnessed one. What works in our favour is that our A380s have different engines from a different manufacturer than the Qantas planes.

Lanyard saga (I'm doing well this week aren't I?)

It seems Paypal is charging me a fee even if you use a checking/savings account! The fun never ends does it?

I forgot to mention this yesterday, the lanyards look great.

As to the Paypal saga, I think the invoices might be to blame. I collected the funds for the jewellery making workshops for the WBTA via Paypal and people used all kinds of funding sources, but I did not get charged any fees. I just PMed people my email address and asked them to choose Personal Payments and Gift. This then gave them the option to pay the fees if there were any. I used the same to pre-pay private excursions and to pay for our t shirts and pins and this worked great.

What a day....had a 0630 hair appointment and then spent three hours at the doctors. Sinus infection and trying to get insurance approval for a MRI for another matter. So, I am a little fuzzy but wanted to say thank you to those of you that have posted information and graphics. That is all very helpful!

With the 'good drugs' I have now, I think it is time to nap. Tomorrow I go to San Jose for a Photoshop Elements 9 Advanced Digital Scrapbooking workshop. Need to be alert to keep up.

HI! I hate to be the bearer of cold news, but last January when we were at WDW for the marathon it was in the 20s and 30s. I know this is abnormal, but it is often chilly in FL in January, so I'd bring a medium jacket for the Florida and CA part of the trip.

Love'd the pics of the Dream....want to go on it SOOO Bad. Especially since the horn is A Dream is a wish your heart makes!

Our son will be turning 4 on the 17th so if there is a kid celebration we'd love it!

Friends of ours did the half Marathon at WDW that time of year last year and their daughter actually had to be treated for hypothermia after the race. It was so cold. I could not believe it when she emailed me after the event.

Just a quick jewellery update. The kid's workshop is now full. All adult workshops are still wide open. I will keep them open until November 21st and then close them of as I need to order supplies and don't want to get tangled up with Christmas deliveries. Thanks for the positive feedback. I have two people signed up for workshop 2 so that will definitely go ahead as well. If there is more demand for one particular workshop than I have spaces and no interest in another, I can always swap them out as well.

Gloomy and cold here in Upstate NY. Can't wait to be cruising!

Shushh, a Konk Kooler is a frozen slushy concoction of
1/2 ounce dark rum
3/4 ounce light rum
1 ounce passion fruit juice
1 pina colada mix
1 ounce orange juice

Served on Castaway Cay. I rarely consume alcohol, but the first server that walks by gets an order for a KK, even if it's 10 AM

We were moved from a room at the last minute for "maintnance". They put us in the same room on the other side of the ship. Cast members ended up occupying our room - we were told the issue was in the space next door that was going to cause noisy repairs. It TOTALLY screwed up our FE and messages including phone because the change was made in port.

Woke up to snow this morning. Not much but kind of slippery on the way into the office.

I forgot to share our 'excitement'. DH was grilling chops for dinner (we are the grilling type all year round) Wednesday night, both dogs were out with him and they took off to the cornor barking into the woods. DH looks and there is a bear out there. It is not the first one he has seen going by - we have even had them inside the fence as they bent the heck out of my shepards hooks and took my bird feeders. We found the feeders destroyed in the woods. Hopefully they will all go to sleep soon and I don't have to think about them until spring!

On the '05 & '08 PC cruises our dining was linked with other DIS board members for the same dining room rotation. I thought it was a lot of fun being in the room with group that I got to know from the internet. I'm NOT looking to have huge tables, just being seated in the same area.

On the front page I see there is one being organized for main dining already, but I do not see one for late dining.

Yesterday someone asked about rash guards. Lands End is offering some of theirs on sale and ebates is giving 6% return on LE. I ordered a boys XL for myself and it fit perfect, you want them snug. I am only 5'2' but not skinny, size 10 pants.
