we are hoping to go to wdw in october. the first part of our trip will be staying a friend's house, and she will be able to pick my family up from mco so we don't need transportation then. we will likely spend the last couple of nights at the yacht club, and need to get from there to mco.

my question is...what is the best way for us to get to the airport? we are a family of 5 (4 year old son, 2 year old twins), so will need 3 carseats. my friend is able to borrow some from friends for our arrival, but they won't be available to us once we leave her and stay at wdw.

I understand with ME, you can't use carseats anyway, so that wouldn't be an issue. I'm just concerned with this service...how far in advance will we need to leave our resort? as it stands, our flight is at 5pm, so does anybody have any idea about when we would have to leave? I remember years ago dh and I went on a trip to wdw and took mears, and we had to leave several hours before our flight, which meant a lot of time sitting around the airport. which was bad enough for us, but with 3 little ones, has the potential to be a nightmare.

I'm not sure if we would fit into a car service like tiffanys, and if we do, would they supply car seats? do they guarantee them? I have this fear of them showing up to take us to the airport, but not having seats with them.

With Magical Express, you would be scheduled for a pick-up time at your resort approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight departure.

With a livery service (towncar, limo, or van), you would be scheduled for a pick-up time at your resort approximately 2 1/2 hours before your scheduled flight departure. I share your concern about finding a livery service that agrees to provide three car seats — and then actually provides three car seats.

In any case, you should try to be at the airport 2 hours before your flight. If you have traffic delays en route you may arrive less than 2 hours before your flight, but you should still be okay. Orlando International Airport is known for long, slow security lines, Also, remember that flights begin boarding 30 minutes before departure.

If I were in your shoes, I would take Magical Express. It's complimentary. There's a video onboard the motorcoach, which will entertain the kids.

The question is not about providing car seats but rather whether they will render service at all (come hell or high water) when they see the kids.

I recommend Magical Express.
