I hope we have a special bond. We went through a lot together through many of their growing up years. I had to work a lot to keep our heads above water, but I was blessed to have jobs during school hours or at school before and after where they could be with me.

I couldn't help but notice that Bella is standing in front of the 'fridge with a "I'm busted!" look on her face.
She likes for you to open the refrigerator door just so she can look at what food is available.
She usually goes for cheese or fruit cups.
And this made me cry. 
We do okay a little while after the parting, but the parting itself is really hard.

I do wish he could be about five hours closer.
The whole weekend was very fun. I wish we could do that about once a month or every other month.

Even though I live about 2 hours from my parents, sometimse I still get teary eyed when I leave from a visit with them. I miss them all the time. I know how it feels, MeMom.

I usually do pretty well when I leave Jill's house, because I know I will see them within the next week or two, or at the most three. I don't like it to be three, but occasionally it is for different reasons. I still tear up a little, and some times are harder than others. I am glad she is not any farther than she is.

We had two great parties and plenty of pictures to remember it by. After our October trip, we'll spend our next waiting time preparing for a wonderful Christmas.

I understand that completely. That's how it goes when I am in camp during the summer. In fact that is how this whole summer went. The July trip seems to long ago, but was just about 1 month ago.
I think I timed my trips just right. I am officially in the teens (again )

MeMom love the pics! Looks like you had a great time. Hard to believe little Brooklynn is 4 yrs old today. I remember the first report when she was just a baby now she has a baby sister. Where has the time gone? I know she felt very special all weekend and today at school also.
Can't wait to hear about the rest of your trip. My trip is coming up fast. I hope Ty will go with the flow like Bella. We'll see but I'm betting there will be problems whenever he needs to sit still for very long. Ty is like Bella about sitting still for pictures too. We will be the group of 5 or 6 adults trying to keep up with one 18 month old. lol
We leave Oct -2 thru Oct -9 for POP. I think POOLRAT will be there then. Are there any other of MeMom and Jill's readers going to be there then?

I loved all the pictures from the parties you had this weekend. Brooklynn looked like she had a blast. I think it is so neat that Jarvis joins in on you parties and had a blast while he is doing it. I cried a little when you had to say goodbye. I miss my parents more on holidays and my birthday. I am glad that I get to see them twice a year but I miss them in between.

Jill and I have talked about being party planners as a side job. We might do so wonderfully on non-Disney parties, though. We're not very knowledgeable (not at all, I should say) about Spongebob or Batman or a lot of other popular favorites.
