Fastest and most direct way is to take a taxicab.
Disney transportation method: Take the bus to Magic Kingdom (if MK is open and transportation running). From the MK, take the boat to Wilderness Lodge. I think they may also be running a bus from MK to Wilderness Lodge; check at the bus stop if you'd rather take a bus.
If the MK is not open and it is nighttime, take a bus to Downtown Disney and switch to a bus for the Wilderness Lodge.
