From Poly to AK/MGM

I have read pros and cons in regards to WDW bus system.

We are staying at the Poly - end of March - We will ride monorail to MK and Epcot.

We plan to go in the early A.M. to AK - Is it worth driving our own car? How about MGM? We plan to do MGM in the afternoon, post naps, prob around 3-4 , on non EMH day.

By the time you add in Valet wait times, etc - does it really offer you any advantage to the bus system?


It will be me and my two kids (2 and 4) - plus one double stroller.

We have always found the bus service acceptable...not to mention free

Just a FYI - If you want to go from Epcot to MGM there is a boat that takes you. It is located at the International Gateway between the countries of France and England on the England side. My DS had a lovely nap in his stroller during the approximately 30 minute trip. You can drive the stroller right on. This trip also works in reverse.
