From POFQ to AKL???

We are staying at POFQ for the first time. The day we arrive , we have dinner ADR at Boma at AKL.

Give me your advice on how to best get from Point A to Point B.

I say ride the boat to DTD and then catch the bus to AKL.

Or ride the bus to AK and then a bus to AKL.

If the boat is right there, and it's not packed to the gills, it's still slow going. I've found it faster to get to Downtown Disney by the bus. It's a good option to use Downtown Disney to transfer between resorts, if you're not taking a cab.

You've got options with your transfer hub. I would take the Animal Kingdom bus if comes first, or the Downtown Disney bus if it's not. I also tend to give myself an hour of transportation time, because you won't know if you just missed the next bus to AKL, or get good "bus karma" and see one pull up as you need it.

And if you get there super early, the resort is a GREAT place to explore. There's an overlook at the far end of the lobby, as well as in the lounge next to the front desk area. Also, venture down some of the hallway "trails". There are large windows interspaced with great views of the animals.

Depending on when you are leaving. I probably wouldn't do the boat. to slow for me. Bus or taxi.
