Going from POR to GF for a dinner ADR. Bus to MK, then monorail to GF, right? Any idea how much time that may take?
Sorry, I know it's an annoying question. Last one, I swear! :littleangel:

I'd give yourself an hour, just to be safe. If you get some Pixie Dust, it could be as short as 30 minutes, but that would be IF the bus is waiting when you get to the bus stop, IF there is no traffic, and IF the monorail is arriving just as you walk up the ramp!

That route will definitely work. :)

I had to go from POR to GF for dinner (V &A) in April. I took a cab. :) It cost me $20.00 each way but it was so worth it not to have to take the bus in my dress clothes and heels. :goodvibes

About how long of a walk (in minutes/kid pace) is it from the bus stop at MK to the Monorail stop? Trying to decide if we need to haul the stroller along for evening ADR's!

About 1-1/2 times the distance from the bus stop to the Magic Kingdom turnstiles.

It will take about 3 or 4 mins to walk from the buses to the monorail station. Now, if it were me, I would consider taking the boat to the GF. Once you get on the monorail it will take you about 20 or so mins to get to the GF.....takes 25 mins to make the complete loop.
If you see a small boat coming in, from the Polynesian, head to the dock and get in line. The boat will then go to the GF before heading to the Polynesian. And it's a very pleasant ride. But, if the boat is just pulling away from the dock, it could be about a 15 mins wait for the next one. You can pretty much tell...if you see a boat leaving the GF and heading to the Polynesian, the boat will get to MK in about 10 mins or so.
I usually take the boat over. It tends to be quicker and more relaxing.
