My pregnant wife and I will be attending MNSSHP on Oct 2nd. We plan to stay until close and she is concerned about all the negative talk about getting to the TTC since the monorail is closed.

So in your opinion, which is a better option?

Driving to the park and waiting for the ferry to return us to TTC?

Taking a bus to and from the park?

I would for sure take the bus. And I drive pretty much everywhere in and around WDW!

We did an EMH evening one night, and not only were the monorails not running, but the parking lot trams weren't running either, and we were parked way out by the racetrack. We had to walk it at 2:30AM, and I just don't park at the TTC anymore except in rare occasions.

I hate the buses, but this is one situation where I'd be taking one.

If it was any other park, I'd drive. But we always bus, boat or monorail to MK because of the whole TTC hassle for drivers, whether it's for MNSSHP or regular hours.

For the sake of your wife (who I'm sure will be exhausted at the end of the day) take the bus. :)

I vote for the bus, as well.

Don't forget, if the bus is nearly full, you can wait for the next bus and be assured of getting seats. You can't always count on someone offering their seat to a pregnant lady.
