From MGM to Orlando Airport?

What's the easiest/cheapest way to get from MGM to MCO for a single passenger? I thought about MEARS but I'm seenig alot of negative feedback recently.

How much for a cab ride?

Mears will work fine. Call and see if they'll pick you up at MGM or if you should take the boat to S/D. Theyll pickup at the EPCOT resorts and maybe MOWC.
