From hotel to...?

Hi everyone!

My friend and I are going to Disney on Feb 8, specifically for the Pirate & Princess party! We're using the Magic Express to get from MCO to POR. However, we're going to the party ON the 8th and I still need to pick up my ticket... (it's paid for, I just used will call)

Is there a way to get from our hotel to the TTC to pick up my ticket? Or will I have to go to MK and then take the monorail back out? I've had horrible luck trying to look at maps of the parks or find out how the transportation system runs in the park (like, from where to where!).

you can generally ask that the tickets be at the guest service window at the MK.

but otherwise yes - you can take either monrail - express or resort - to get to the TTC.

the bus will drop you off closer to the ferry - I might go with the ferry.

I'm sorry - how do I request the tickets be at the guest service window? I ordered them many months ago and the only instructions say I can pick them up at TTC or other ticket places.

"Other ticket places" should include Guest Services at the theme parks and at Downtown Disney.
To be sure, you could call whatever number you used when you ordered the tickets - but afaik, there will not be a pair of tickets sitting in a folder with your name on it; they'll be printed when you arrive at the window and provide whatever proof/id is required. They can be printed at any ticket location - you could even ASK at Lobby Concierge (formerly Guest Services) at your hotel. They may be able to print them for you.

I'd ask my travel agent but it takes her about a week to get back to me, and that's only if her domain doesn't list mine as spam! I'm too impatient.

I'm pretty sure that you will need to go to either the will call booth or to guest services at a park. DB was down last week and had P&P tickets purchased online. Guest Services at WL could not issue the tickets. He had to go to Guest Services at MK to get the tickets.

Thanks so much! Information I was able to find otherwise made it sound like I'd have to go to the TTC to pick them up. Guest services is way easier. This board has a lot of super helpful information!
