Hi, All! I was wondering if anyone knows of a easy way to get from DL to the cruise ship terminal at Long Beach? We don't want to have to rent a car, because that would mean having to return it in Long Beach before the cruise. Also, there will be 4 of us, so maybe it's easier to rent a limo or a car service? Can anyone let me know what you did? Thanks!

It is a at least a 40 minute drive from DL to the Port of Long Beach. A limo/car service would be a good idea if you don't want to rent a car. You can also call a taxi company in advance for the rate and to set up a pick-up time.

If you are doing the DCL cruise out of CA next summer, Disney will probably have transportation available before and after the cruises.

Disney will have transpertation for those staying on sight. Are you staying on sight?

From experience at WDW to the Pier disney is expensive around $50 per person per way. I am not sure that is what they will charge. Next Month we are going on a RCI cruise to Hawaii. We are staying at PP the day before and using old WDW passes. We will have the Lilo and Stitch breakfast and then get Prime Time Shuttle for the transport for the cruise. This was who VPS suggested I use. Ours for 2 people round trip is $100. We could rent a car for about $45 But I have no desire to drive in LA!

Yes, I will be staying on sight at the Grand Californian, but will be cruising with Royal Caribbean...
