Can anyone help with the best route to get to breakfast at Chef Mickey's from the Boardwalk Villas? Does a bus run directly to the Contemporary from Boardwalk?

Details, details, details . . .

Thanks.

Our ADR is for 10:10 am. Epcot has EMH on this date so I'm thinking that the early birds would have an hour before they'd need to catch the monorail to MK and switch to the other monorail to get to the Contemporary. But, what about those that slept a little later and are leaving the BW at 9:00ish. This group would have grandparents and 1 year-olds so I'm trying to keep them from having to walk through Epcot. Thanks.

I would take the bus to MK and then walk or monorail to the Contemporary.

You can catch the bus to the MK, then transfer to the resort monorail. First stop is the Contemporary.

I say walk. By the time you got on the monorail you could already be walking in the hotel.

Absolutely walk to the Contemporary. When you get off the bus as you face the Magic Kingdom turn right and walk away from the main entrance. You will see the monorail track above you. The walk is ten minutes tops. The monorail entrance is the other way, nearer to the MK entrance. By the time you walk there and climb up the ramp you could already be at the Contemporary. After eating take the escalator up and take the monorail all around to the MK entrance. If you are not in a hurry you may want to try to sit with the monorail driver for a real treat. Just tell the Cast Member you would like to do this. You may have to wait for a few monorails before you can do this but it's worth the wait.

Thanks for the advice. Let me pose another 'What if'. If some folks are catching the monorail from Epcot to get to MK, is it still easier to walk to the Contemporary or should they pick up the other monorail?

The epcot monorail will drop them off at the TTC. You cannot walk from the TTc to the CR. They will need to take the resort monorail to the CR.
