from BCV - lunch Canada - stay & do EpCot or return at night?

my plans are to spend the morn at Stormalong Bay, have lunch in Canada, return to walk around the Boardwalk and then back to EpCot at night - this particular day is EpCot's early morning hr

but now Im thinking it may be best to just stay at EpCot after lunch and then return to Boardwalk for the night

is there any entertainment on the Boardwalk during the day? I am planning other nights at EpCot too

Why don't you just have lunch and see how you feel about staying..Can't plan every second.
