From a WL fan: Loved Kadani

Hi Y'all-
Just back. First time at Kadani, and we really enjoyed it. Service was friendly and quick to solve issues. We missed being able to take the launch to MK, and bus ride was longer- but seeing animals from our balcony made up for it! The pool area is wonderful!
Our (minor) complaints are that the master bathroom is painted dark brown so it is very dark. Also, the coffee pot and iron were very cheap and did not work efficiently. It took a looong time to make morning coffee for 4 adults in that pot.
We will be back again soon- This time with our own coffee maker

Glad you had a great trip! We are hoping to stay there for a few nights this summer... so far ssr is the only DVC resort we have stayed at.

We stayed there for the first time this summer and I really enjoyed it. It's on my "definitely go back" list!

I'm surprised to read about your bathroom being dark brown. We were in a studio and I was actually surprised at how light and spacious our bathroom felt. And I loved the little animal tiles in the bath/shower!

We stayed at Kidani for the first time this past summer - we own at AKV - and really enjoyed our stay....but....we prefer Jambo House. Kidani is quiet and the pool area is awesome but we felt a little too far away. We ate at Sanaa one night and while we enjoyed it, we still preferred the options at Jambo. That being said, I would stay again if there weren't any rooms left at Jambo.

We always stay at Kidani even if for a few days. We did not like Jambo House for the view of the animals as we found it too high but the eating options are way better at Jambo with the quick service place.

Can't wait for January when we go back to AKV

Same here! Add the Grand Californian to my list of favorites although we don't own there.

I think if you love the WL the chances are very good that you'll love AKV and GC, too.
