Friendships at Epcot ECV accessible?

I was able to find that the Friendships that run on the lake at Epcot are stroller are wheelchair accessible if the water levels in the lake are high enough, but does that include ECVs as well? Thanks!

Yes.

The water levels are usually not an issue on the World Showcase waterway.
Those boats are sometimes not accessible to the park rental. ECVs because they have a bumper that protrudes. This only applies to the WDW park rentals

We have been turned away if they already had wheelchairs, strollers or ECVs on board. With the original wait and waiting for the next boat, we could have walked the distance. It's a nice ride if you aren't in a hurry.

Because of the way the Disney Rental ECVs and the ramps are constructed they cannot get on the Friendships. However a normal (non-Disney) retal cn eaily get on or off the Friendships.
