Are they wheelchair accessible? We are going with my parents and my dad can't transfer out of his wheelchair. Thanks so much.

Yep - just don't try to make the jump by yourself! There is a small ramp/bridge (just a couple feet wide to span any small gap there may be, or slight difference in height) that the CM will get out for you. You will board and exit from the rear of the boat.

We have used these for years. The trip takes about 25-30 minutes depending on how many people need to load and unload at each stop along the way. There were some changes on the last trip (May 2010). We waited a good while for a boat once and when it arrived we were told that they already had two wheelchairs on and they couldn't load us because they have a 2 wheelchair limit. They did load many families behind us with pretty big strollers, however. (my son has a lightweight manual quickie). Also, we were told on several occasions during that trip that wheelchairs had to be inside. This was new as well. It can get pretty crowded inside if that is a problem. They can clear the "wheelchair" spot inside if others are sitting there. It still is a very convenient transportation. We'll continue to use it.
