Friends w/out Magic Bands

Hey all!

New user here, however I've been going to WDW since I was 6 months old or so and have been listening to The DIS for about 2 years. One thing I have never experienced is going to the parks with friends who do not have Magic Bands or AP's.

Here's the situation: We'll be in Florida for a vacation in about a week and heading to WDW for a day (I know, lame, but one day is better than none!) and although my wife and I have our magic bands, our friends who will be joining us do not. My question is, how will our friends get into the parks? We just bought tickets yesterday so I don't think that's enough time for them to get a magic band mailed to them. Any thoughts on this? Any help would be much appreciated!

They'll get hard tickets (like a credit card) which scan the same was as Magic Bands.

Magic Bands aren’t needed. As 2Lunds says, they will use hard tickets which you get at any ticket booth.

They will be given cards at will call or a ticket booth.
